I am a strong believer that your uniqueness should be celebrated. Your wedding day shouldn’t be any different! As Tom & Donna would say, “treat yo’ self”!
I’m very excited to be featuring some Springfield, Missouri vendors that can make your wedding a celebration not only of your love but also the beauty and uniqueness of who you are as a couple.
Every bride is different, some focus on finding the perfect dress, some want to plan the perfect party for all their friends and family to enjoy. Perhaps you'd like to keep your wedding day small and intimate? Whichever part is most important to you, here are some EXCELLENT vendors that can help you get exactly what you’re looking for!
First of all I need to mention this beautiful BRAND NEW venue! Moontown Crossing is a gorgeous and modern barn venue with huge windows letting in lots of beautiful, natural light. And with such a large space there is plenty of room for your ceremony and reception all in one place!
Queen City Blooms is a floral force to be reckoned with! Their work is always exciting and different! I am in love with the non-traditional look of their bouquets; it truly makes their work stand above the crowd.
I was so excited when I saw that The Traveling Tin Company was coming to the shoot, I’ve been following them on instagram for a while and everything they do is just awesome. I mean, how beautiful is their trailer “Lucky”?! Their mobile bar not only serves the obvious purpose but also brings a fun a cute style to your wedding day! Plus, Adam & Amanda, the owners and creators, are the nicest people, I was so glad to meet them!
We were able to photograph two beautiful cakes as well, they were two different styles but both so lovely! This one was done by Celebrations by Sonja, a Springfield, MO cake designer that can handle any design you throw at her!
The gorgeous fruit-topped cake was created by none other than Harter House! I know, I was as shocked as you are!
This dark and dreamy invitation suite was created by Wildfire Ink!
This breathtaking dress is from Joon Bridal based out of Arkansas and her hair and makeup was done by Meraki Salon & Co.
Special thanks as well must go to Mitchell Phelps of Adventure Theory Media for coaching us in off camera flash and imparting a ton of wisdom!! I learned so much! I am very grateful for his willingness to put community over competition to share with his fellow photographers!
And last, but definitely not least, Cayla Young of A Simple Plan was the planner who coordinated this shoot and styled it, she did a fabulous job! She brought all of this together to make give us gorgeous people and details to shoot!
